Social Studies Deep Dive with a Librarian

Beth Tanner, SLC School Librarian

The University of Utah invited Beth Tanner, Salt Lake District School Librarian, to present at their BTS kick-off in August. Your school librarian is a great resource who can provide you with literature ideas. Beth gave good suggestions on how to “Do a Social Studies Deep Dive with a Librarian.” She provided ideas for History, Geography, Civics and Economics for grades K-6. Take a minute and watch the PowerPoint for ideas. Find out who your school librarian is and make the connection!
